Twenty-three years ago, Janice Simpson had a dream to establish an in-home care business. Through hard work and dedication, Janice has grown her company into one of the best in the Tri-Cities region. Her dream of reaching out and helping people with daily living activities to enable them to stay in their homes rather than go to an institution has become a reality. She attributes her success to having a heart for the people she serves, a persistence to overcome many obstacles along the way and a loving God that has guided her journey.
A Family Affair
Janice has made it a point to include family members in various aspects of her company. Her son, Kenney, daughter-in-law, Melissa, and their grown children (Janice's grandchildren) Brittany, Kimberly and Austin, are all active in helping to make this a successful business. What started with one woman's dream, has now become a multi-generational success story.
